Vietnam visa requirements for Nigerian citizens

Every Nigerian citizen needs a visa to enter Vietnam. So if you wish to prepare your application as accurately as possibly, please kindly read the information below carefully.

Cause Vietnam visa on arrival is not applicable to Nigerian passport holders, you are expected to submit visa application to Vietnam Embassy. The most commonly requested documents are:

-   Visa application form (available at the embassy)

-   Origin passport with minimum validity of 6 months

-   2 coloured passport photo

-   Proof of flight booking

-   Proof of hotel reservation

-   Invitation letter (required by business visa only)

-   Vietnam visa fee

In case you cannot submit the application by yourself due to some reasons, you can send it via courier or someone can apply on your behalf.

Processing time:It takes about 4 business days for regular case and 1 week for special case.

Notices:

-   Apply for visa to Vietnam about 1 month in advance of your trip

-   Check data on the visa Vietnam carefully to make sure that it’s consistent with information you entered in the application form
