- A valid passport with one blank page
- An application form attached with a passport-sized photo

In special case, the embassy may request you further supporting documents. Still, do not submit more anything if you are not asked to.

- Complete the online visa application form
- Pay the visa service fee
- Get visa approval letter with red visa stamp via email
- Get visa stamp and collect visa at arrival airport
Normally, the visa approval letter is processed within 2 working days. With rush visa service, the processing time is 1 working day (urgent service), 4 working hours super-(urgent service) and 1 working hour (1 hour service).
Note: Notify us immediately if you catch any mistakes in your application form. The correction could be made only when your visa application is not sent to Vietnam Immigration Department yet.
