Step 1: complete an application form at http://www.vietnamvisa-easy.com/apply if you need a tourist visa, or send a passport copy with intended travel date to support@vietnamvisa-easy.com if you want to book a business visa.
Step 2. Pay visa processing fee online with a credit/debit card. The fee is refundable in case the application is rejected. However, the chance for that case to happen is 1%.

Step 3. Check your email to receive a visa approval letter by the immigration department. To avoid any unexpected problems at the airport, we advise you to check for errors in the letter. Make sure your full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, and visa validity are correct. If you spot any errors, kindly notify us immediately.
Step 4. Upon arrival, show your visa approval, valid passport, 01 passport-sized photot, completed entry/exit form (download here) at the landing visa window. 10-15 minutes later, the visa stamp will be ready. You are asked to pay stamping fee before getting the passport back.
