When to get Vietnam visa approval letter?

Please keep in mind that Vietnam Immigration Department accepts urgent visa application from 8 am to 10 am (Vietnam GMT +7). Therefore:

* If  the applicants submit Vietnam visa application and pay service fee before 10:00 AM (Vietnam GMT +7), the visa approval letter will be finished by 6:00 PM on the same day.

* If  visa application and service fee are submitted after 10:00 AM (Vietnam GMT +7), the applicants will get the letter by 12:00 AM of the next day. In case you apply after 10:00 AM but wish to receive approval letter on the same day, super-urgent service is recommended.

The super-urgent process will arrange you a visa approval letter within 4 working hours only. However, please take note that if you submit the application and payment by 10:00 AM (Vietnam GMT +7), the letter will be sent to you at 12:00 AM. If the submission and payment are made from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Vietnam GMT +7), you will get visa approval letter at 6:00 PM on the same day.
