Vietnam visa approval letter

Vietnam visa approval letter is a travel document granted by Vietnam Immigration Department that allows you to pick up a visa Vietnam at arrival airport (Hanoi airport, Danang airport, Sagon airport).  Just show the Vietnam visa approval letter to the airlines when you go aboard and it will guarantee your stay in Vietnam.

Your full name, date of birth, nationaily and passport number will be shown on the Vietnam visa approval letter. Therefore, be careful with your application when you fill it out. Any mismatch of information between the Vietnam visa approval letter and on  your passport will fail your visa for Vietnam.

To receive Vietnam visa approval letter, you have to follow 2 steps. The first is to fill out an online visa application form and the second is to pay visa service fee via online payment gateway (Onepay/Paypal) or Western Union and Bank transfer. After your payment is verified, the Vietnam visa application will be sent to Vietnam Immigration Department  for processing. The processing time of normal service is 2 working days, of urgent service is 1 working day and of super-urgent service is 4 working hours. When the process is done, we will send the approval letter  of Vietnam visa on arrival to your email address.
