6-month Vietnam visa on arrival

Recently, we’ve received many questions about long-term Vietnam visa such as “Can I stay in Vietnam for 6 months?”, “ Can you help me get a 6 months visa?” or “Is there 6 months Vietnam visa on arrival?”.  Therefore, we’re writing this article to answer all concerns about long-term visas for individuals planning a long visit in Vietnam. If you have the same or similar issues, don’t ask, just read what we presented herein and you’ll know what to do.

First of all, we would like to confirm that 6 months multiple entry visa for Vietnam is available, but for business purpose only. However, it’s not a big problem when you use our service. With 3 years of experience in dealing with Immigration Department, we know how to make your application as simple as possible.

Secondly, we also want to note that the visa must be collected in person at Embassy/Consulate, not on arrival. When you submit application through our agent, we’re responsible for arranging you a visa approval from Immigration Department to assure that you will be granted Vietnam 6 months multiple entry visa at Embassy/Consulate. The detailed procedure of getting long-term business visa is explained below.

Step 1. Apply online

Before you start application, make sure that your passport remains validity for at least 01 month after the visa expiry date, then prepare the following requirements and send to our email support@vietnamvisa-easy.com to apply for a Vietnam 6 months multiple visa:

•  Passport page containing your personal information
•  Proposed travel date
•  Address of Vietnam Embassy/Consulate to collect physical visa after the processing is completed

Within 24 hours, we will reply to your application and send you a secure link to pay $390 service fee with credit or debit card. In case you prefer to send money via Western Union or bank, we will provide bank account’s details.

As soon as the payment is verified, we will forward your application for processing and inform you by email about the scheduled date of issuance of visa approval. The typical waiting time is around 5-7 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and national holidays). On scheduled day, the visa approval is sent to your email. Another one is delivered to Vietnam Embassy/Consulate you submitted before. Kindly note that the visa will begin valid from the travel date indicated in application, not from the actual date you enter Vietnam.

Step 2. Collect the visa at embassy

The 6 months multiple entry visa must be collected by yourself with original passport and visa approval. You are not permitted to authorize a third party to get the visa on your behalf. Every Vietnam Embassy/Consulate will request you to pay $95 stamping fee for visa stamp. The payment must be made by cash in US. Dollar or local currency.

Please note:Long-term Vietnam business visa is not available for citizens from China, India, Africa and Middle East.
