Information on Vietnam visa online

Vietnam visa online is a program of Vietnam Government that allows the air travelers to make online visa application through travel agents and pick up the visa on arrival at all 3 Vietnam’s international airports (Hanoi, Danang. Ho Chi Minh).

The maximum validity of Vietnam e-visa is 3 months from the estimated date of travel that you put on the visa application form. If you plan to visit Vietnam 1 time over visa validity, the single entry will be issued. And if you plan to make repeat visits, the multiple entry visa are excellent for your travel.

Entire process of obtaining Vietnam visa on arrival involves 4 steps as follows:

Step 1: apply online

At this step, you will have to fill out the online visa application form in here. Please take note that all personal information in the form must be exactly the same as it appears on your passport. If you make a mistake, please notify us immediately for correction.  After the form is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Step 2: make full payment or visa application

Once the form has been completed, you will be requested to pay the service charges with credit/debit card through secure payment gateway or with cash via Western Union or bank transfer. If you refuse to make the payment, the visa processing delay will occur.

Step 3: receive visa approval letter with red color stamp

After 2 business days or less, we will send you a visa approval letter and entry and exit form via email. Print out the letter to check in the flights and enter Vietnam at step 4. Please be noted that no information in the letter can be changed after it was issued. If you travel plan has changed, you’re expected to apply for the new visa for Vietnam.

Step 4: collect the visa at the airport of arrival

Upon arrival, you need to present the print copy of the letter, completed entry and exit form, valid passport, 01 passport photo and stamping fee of $45 (single entry), $65  (1 month multiple entry), $95 (3 month multiple entry) by cash at visa on arrival counter to get visa stamp and pick up your visa to Vietnam.
