How to get tourist visa to Vietnam

A 30-day say in Vietnam requires non-Vietnamese citizens to obtain a Vietnam tourist visa well in advance of the trip. By registering for Vietnam visa on our website, the visitors will be issued a visa approval letter to enter Vietnam and get the travel visa on arrival at the airport.

Step-by-step guide:

1.    Apply online

Click on “Apply online” button on our site to fill out the online visa application form. Please take note that all your personal information in the form must be exactly as shown in the passport and you have no need to provide the exact date of arrival if you are not sure about it. Right after the form is submitted, we will send you a confirmation email containing the important information you have provided, check the information carefully and notify us immediately if you see a mistake.

2.    Make payment for visa application

Your Vietnam visa application is processed only when you make the full payment. Therefore, is you wish the visa process starts soon, you must pay the fee soon. 3.    Receive visa approval letter

The visa approval letter, which is required for your boarding and entry into Vietnam, will be sent to your email within 2 business days, 1 business day or 4 business hours depending on kind of service you request when completing the form online. In the email, we also attach an entry and exit form for you to complete. This is also a must-have document at port of entry.

4.    Collect visa Vietnam at arrival airport

After landing at Vietnam’s airport, you will be asked to submit the letter of approval, valid passport, completed entry and exit form, 01 passport photo and stamping fee (in cash) to get visa stamped onto the passport. Finally, the Vietnamese visa is ready for you.
