How to order a Vietnam visa from Middle East?

The procedure is very simple and easy. To make an application, you need to write an email attaching passport photo (only page containing personal details) with information about type of visa and expected date of arrival. You’d better NOT book the flight before obtaining the approval letter.

Please be aware of that your visa will be valid from the arrival date put on the application and you can use the visa to enter Vietnam anytime during period of visa validity.

What can you do with the approval?

The approval is valid at every airport of Vietnam. You can use it to board the plane and pick up visa sticker on arrival. The documents must be shown at immigration counter include:

• Original passport: should have at least 6 months validity to meet requirement of the airlines.
• Hard copy of the approval
• Completed entry-exit form: is sent at the same time with approval
• 01 passport-sized photo

The stamping process may be slowly when there is a long queue in front of the counter, so you should consider use stamping assistance service to get the visa in flash of an eye. When the visa is ready, your name will be called and the passport held up to the window at the same time. You then pay USD 25 stamping fee (for single entry) and USD 50 (for multiple entry).
