Travel to Vietnam during Covid-19

Vietnam has closed borders and stopped accepting tourists since March 2020 due to worries about coronavirus. At present, the country only allows experts entering Vietnam to do projects under sponsorship by a Vietnam-based company.

The visitors must prepare the following documents to be able to enter Vietnam:

• Visa approval of Vietnamese immgiration department
• Travel insurance
• Negative test for coronavirus within 72 hours prior to the departure

Upon arrival, the visitors will be escorted to a qualified hotel for quarantine within 21 days. Please contact us to get hotel quarantine list. As the number of quarantine hotel is limited, we advise you to make reservation at least 2 weeks before the arrival. We also provide hotel booking and airport transport service. In case you need help, we are willing to arrange accommodation and transport.

Either you have a sponsor a not, we, Vietnam Visa Easy, are able to support you get a visa for Vietnam in covid-19.

If you have a sponsor, please ask them to provide us with a copy of business registration to prepare for visa application. From your side, we just need a passport copy and extended travel date.

It would take 5-6 weeks to obtain approval from Health Department and Peopple’s Committee of the province where your business sponsor is based, and it takes only 3 days for the visa approval to be granted. The total processing time is about 50 days starting from the date you complete the payment.

Those who do not have a sponsor, there is still a chance for you to get a visa for Vietnam during covid-19. With only your passport copy and intended travel date, we will find a sponsor and obtain required approval from Health Department and People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh as regulated. After 50 processing days, the visa approval will be ready to deliver to you.

In order to avoid any unexpected problems at the airport, double checking the visa approval is recommended. Any mistakes must be reported to us immediately for correction.

The visa is good for you to travel around Vietnam. Before the visa expires, you must exit the country or apply for a visa extension to stay longer. The maximum period of extension is 3 months.

Payment

The full payment must be made in advance of visa processing. We are committed to refund 100% if the application is rejected. We accept bank transfer and credit payment. Please be noted that we will add 5% transaction processing fee for credit payment.
