How to get a Vietnam visa for business purpose
Many people select Vietnam tourist visa for business purpose as they find that the application for business visa is too complicated and costly. That’s a wise replacement when it is a short business trip or you visit Vietnam to attend a conference only. However, if you plan to do business in the country for a long time, it’s better to obtain a Vietnam business visa. Getting the business visa isn’t hard. All you need is only a passport copy and let us do our job: arrange the visa approval.
How to get a short-term Vietnam business visa?
Step1:
Send passport page containing your personal data to our email at support@vietnamvisa-easy.com . Beside, you also let us know the intended arrival date and type of visa you want to apply for: 1 month single, 1 month multiple, 3 months single, 3 months multiple.
Step 2:
Pa y visa application fee through the secure link we supply. Use your credit or debit card for online payment. Other payment options like bank transfer or cash are also accepted. Payment receipt may be issued upon request.
Step 3:
After 2-3 business days, a visa approval and entry-exit form are sent to you via email. You personal information and visa validity are mentioned in the letter. Spend some time to check if the information is correct and contact us instantly if you find any errors.
Step 4:
Bring the approval letter, origin passport, passport –sized photo and completed entry-exit form with you to airport. Show them all at immigration counter and pay stamping fee (by Cash, in USD or VND) to obtain visa on arrival.
Note: The new stamping fee from 23rd November, 2015 is as follows: $25 for single entry visas, $50 for multiple visas valid for less than 3 months.
How to get a long-term Vietnam business visa?
Step 1, 2:
The process is exactly the same as for short-term business visa. Nevertheless, at Step 1, you also have to appoint an Embassy/Consulate of Vietnam you would like to collect visa stamp.
Step 3:
The required processing time is 5-7 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the processing is done, you will receive 2 visa approval letters stating that you are permitted to visit Vietnam for a certain period of time and that the visa will be picked up at the embassy named in the letter. The embassy themselves also receive the letters.
Step 4:
Carry the passport, letters of approval, completed entry-exit form, and passport-sized photo to embassy. Pay $95 stamping fee (for 6 months multiple business visa) or $135 (for 1 year multiple business visa) and receive the visa stamp from consular staff.
Note: The 6 months and 1 year visas are not available for citizens of India, Haiti, China, Egypt, South Africa, Middle East and Turkey.
