Vam Sat eco-tourism site is located about 60 km from the center of Ho Chi Minh city. Covering an area of 1,500 ha, Vam Sat was recognized as one of Vietnam’s two sustainable eco-tourism sites by United Nations World Tourism Organization. This is the home to many water and migratory birds including rare birds species listed in World Red Book. Vam Sat eco-tourism site welcomes about 15,000 domestic and international arrivals every year.
