To enjoy extensively delicious specialties and beautiful landscapes in Nha Trang without worrying too much about finance, it’s best to follow advice of the locals.
The famous coastal street place many beachfront hotels and hostels. Still, they are only suitable for those who have big budget because the room price is quite expensive with about VND 350.00 to VND 600.000 ( the price may be one and a half increase in peak season if you do not book in advance), said Mr.Nguyen Van Dac.
Yet, also in Tran Phu street, you could find privately-owned hotels situated in the alleys to get affordable rooms which are equipped air-condition, fridge, TV and provide you a good view to watch sunrise and set set over the sea. Average price is VND 200,000/per day.
The street also offers hostels with similar price (even VND 150.000 only). However, the hotels turn their back on the sea. This is not a big matter because you just need walk about 30-50 m to get to the beach.
With the same price, you could stay in a hotel located at the front of streets near the sea such as Nguyen Thien Thuat, Hoang Hoa Tham. The hostels in these streets and Tran Phu street are close to famous restaurants, nice coffee shops and convenient to visit landscapes around the city.
Mr. Dac said that the best way to find a good hotel is to ask for list and phone number of the hotels from support hotline 1080 of the city. After that, make a choice after calling to each hotel to ask about location as well as price.
If being car sick, you should rent a bike or motorbike at reception desk of the hotel. With these modes of transport, you will get initiative in visiting tourist destinations in the city or the farthest spot such as Zambay waterfall, 40 km from the city’s center.
Ms. Hanh advises the tourists to buy a map at souvenir shops to measure the distance among the destinations and thereby select the appropriate transport.

Ms. Pham Quynh Huong, 25 years old, said that Tran Phu street has O Thi and Cay Me restaurants whose bun bo Hue is praised to be better than famous noodle vendors of Hue ancient capital. However, these restaurants opens only in the morning.
