Da Quy flower (wild sunflower) is the signal for dry season of beautiful Dalat plateau. Many people think that Dalat has 4 seasons but in fact, like the typical climate type of the Central Highland, there are only 2 seasons in Dalat: dry and rainny.
The rainy season often lasts from April to October, the weather in this season is warm but rather cold in the evening because of high altitude.
When the dry season comes, Dalat seems to “wear a new shirt”. The whole city is overwhelmed with bright color of various kinds of flowers.
