1. Tam Dao
Tam Dao is a system of 3 high mountains which over 1000 m above the sea level. Tam Dao is located in Tam Dao town, Vinh Phuc province, 80 km away from Hanoi which includes 50 km of high way 2 and approximately 24 km of high way 2B of which 13 km is pass.
Tam Dao attracts tourists not only by its primitive mysterious beauty but also by diversified system of flora and fauna and fascinating French style buildings. More than that, the typical weather of 4 seasons clearly expressed in one day in Tam Dao will definitely inspire everyone coming here.
Coming to Tam Dao, you will have chance to visit Tam Dao national park, silver spring, or Tam Dao television tower, Thanh Tran Temple ( Temple of the Tran God)…
On the way from Tam Dao to Tay Thien you can visit some destinations such as Co temple, Cau temple and Chan Suoi temple at the foot of Tam Dao mountain.
2. Dai Lai lake
Dai Lai is a big man-made lake at the foot of Tam Dao in Ngoc Thanh Commune, Phuc Yen, Vinh Phuc and 40 km from Hanoi.
Previously, the lake surrounding was an exhausted valley located between Than Lan mountain range and shaven hills stretching from Tam Dao’s base. In flood season, the water from streams flows into this valley and also draws very quickly, which washed unctuous alluvium, eroded fields and impoverished lands.
To overcome this condition, Ministry of Irrigation investigated and designed to build Dai Lai water storage basin.The construction began in 1959 and basically finished in 1963 with surface area of 525 ha.
Being located in a large area, the reflection of Tam Dao and Than Lan mountains on blue surface of the lake together with the blue sky draw a charming natural picture.Tam Dao has many activities for your busy day such as go sightseeing,go fishing, listening to Soong Co songs, enjoying traditional food, visiting village of San Diu people or Bat cave, walking in pine wood….
3. Truc Lam Tay Thien Zen Monastery
Being 85 km from Hanoi, Truc Lam Tay Thien Zen Monastery belongs to Dai Dinh Commune, Tam Dao District, Vinh Phuc. Zen Monastery was built in 04th April 2004 on the ruins of Thien An ancient pagoda by Tay Thien historic site with total investment of 30 billions VND and area of 4,5 ha.

4. Me Linh flower village
Me Linh flower village is situated in Me Linh Commune, Me Linh District, Vinh Phuc with total growing area of 200 ha. Various kinds of flowers are grown here but most of them are roses, chrysanthemums, lilies… Flowers in Vinh Phuc are not only transported to Hanoi and neighboring locals but also exported to other countries.The best time to visit flower gardens is from December to March.
5. Binh Son tower
Binh Son tower belongs to Binh Son village, Lap Thach District, Vinh Phuc. It is a heritage of unique architectural building built up in Ly-Tran period. This 16m tower has 11 floors, each has projected roofs. The tower is empty inside and square platform with every side has 4,45m length. The town was built with solid red bricks and the platform was built with a kind of ancient bricks named Vo .
The outer of tower is dark yellow brick-faced with delicate texture and stratus, which constitutes a perfect building in every angle.
