Cuisine Festival of the Red River Delta – Haiphong 2013

Cuisine Festival of the Red River Delta – Haiphong 2013 will take place from 13th to 15th October 2013 at Haiphong’s Youth Palace of Sport (No.45 Lach Tray Street, Ngo Quyen District, Haiphong) held by Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism and Haiphong People’s Committee.

This is one of the official events of National Tourism Year of the Red River Delta – Haiphong 2013 with aim of advertising specific features, the culinary culture of the Red River Delta to the community, food lovers, Vietnamese and international tourists and those who want to explore Vietnam cuisine in general as well as Haiphong cuisine in particular.

This is also a specialized event creating an opportunity for chefs, food enterprises to learn, exchange experience together and thereby improve the service quality of enterprises in the particular and perfect labour force of tourism industry in general.

Cuisine Festival of the Red River Delta – Haiphong 2013 is participated by plenty of restaurants, hotels, food enterprises from 11 locals in Red River Delta and typical units representing the cuisine in Northern-Central-Southern region and Haiphong city.

Cuisine Festival of the Red River Delta – Haiphong 2013 is expected to offer visitors interesting experiences with popular specialities such as banh da cua be (crab noodles)-the dish won Asian Record, cha ca thu (fried chopped mackerel fish), ca thu mot nang (one-sun dried mackerel fish and cha muc (fried chopped squid). Don’t miss the chance to enjoy the best delicacies of Haiphong in this event.
