According to Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Tri, Quang Tri provincial People’s Committee has approved detailed project to build Truong Son tourist base. This tourist base will serve visitors, pilgrims and memorial activities held in Truong Son Matyrs’ Meterecy, Ben Tat suspension bridge national historic site, historic Ho Chi Minh trail.
Accordingly, Truong Son tourist base was built on an area of 100 ha at Vinh Truong commune with highlights including culture architectures, hotels, guest houses, tourist operating center and commercial buildings with aim of meeting demand of visitors. Especially, the tourist base will provide community tourism so that visitors could experience daily activities with local people./.
