Con Vanh is situated in Tien Hai district, Thai Binh province, 140 km away from Hanoi. On the sea map of Gulf of Tonkin, Con Vanh is located at the center, not far from Ha Long Bay in Quang Ninh and Cat Ba in Haiphong, and adjacent to beaches in Nam Dinh.
