The Canadian food festival 2013 will take place in Hanoi from 15 November to 15 December 2013. The event is organized to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the diplomatic relationship of Vietnam-Canada.
The food festival is launched at Seafood Express restaurant in Royal City shopping centre on 14 November 2013 with participation as a guest of Canadian chef, namely Cameron Stauch.
The festival is attended by many restaurants, hotels and shops in the city such as Don’s Tay Ho, Sea Port, Asahi Sushi, Seafood Express, Hoa An Vien, Capital Garden, Hai Đang Plaza, Hilton and Sherat hotels.
On this occasion, many special Canadian foods will be introduced to Vietnam customers including beef, lobster, black cod, oysters, snow crabs, salmon, scallops, halibut and mussels as well as Canadian wines and Ambrosia Apples.
A special discount will be offered during the festival. In details, Canada wines will be discounted at shops of Warehouse and Camus. Ambrosia apple will be also given a 20% discount from 25 November to 15 December at “Fresh Always” system of greengrocery.
