Entry and Exit Forms for Vietnam
Hello, I notice to have visa application approved we must also provide the entry and exit forms completed. Do we receive these forms at the airport or can we access them prior online? Thank you for your help.

Please do not worry at all as the entry and exit form will be sent along with your visa approval letter when your Vietnam visa application is completed. You also can access them prior if you want by click here to download it.
