Do we need to provide the exact arrival date?
We'll visit to Vietnam at the end of September. Do we need to provide the exact arrival date?

Dear Home Slice,
Thank you for your question!
No, not necessarily. You just need to submit your intended date of arrival. However, the arrival date you provide should be the earliest you plan to arrive, but you can arrive after, not before that date. The departure date is the last day you are permitted to be in the country, unless you get a Vietnam visa extension.
For example: If you apply for a 1-month visa and submit your arrival date as April 02, 2011, the visa letter will be valid from April 02, 2011 May 02, 2011. You can arrive anytime between April 02, 2011 and May 02, 2011 but must leave the country by May 02, 2011.
Hope this is clear and helpful for you.
Kind regards,
Helen Queen
